In a season with less outdoor work, and with snowdrifts, ice, and wind-chills in the negative 20's or lower (Fahrenheit), it is harder to keep moving and gaining strength.

As a certified instructor, my sister Elsa leads women through Christ-centered, gentle-yet-effective movement and stretching, along with scripture memory/meditation.
